蜜兒工房 x nrbhs 第2集｜桂花椰子湯圓凍 (Osmanthus jelly with coconut milk dumpling)
新年除了吃年糕之外，還會吃湯圓代表團圓美滿，但今次就用了另一種食法，晶瑩剔透的桂花凍，清爽的口感與淡淡迷人的芳香加上湯圓，其實都有幾分像桂花酒釀丸子，但不是每個人喜歡酒釀的味道，所以我今次將它fusion一下，合併起來就沒那麼單調啦！
