蜜兒工房 x nrbhs 第2集|桂花椰子湯圓凍 (Osmanthus jelly with coconut milk dumpling)

新年除了吃年糕之外,還會吃湯圓代表團圓美滿,但今次就用了另一種食法,晶瑩剔透的桂花凍,清爽的口感與淡淡迷人的芳香加上湯圓,其實都有幾分像桂花酒釀丸子,但不是每個人喜歡酒釀的味道,所以我今次將它fusion一下,合併起來就沒那麼單調啦!
